RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Change your mind

  • If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the item to Photofast Ltd and receive a full refund. You must notify us with in 14 day of receiving your item, by completing the form below. You then have 14 day to return the items.
  • Complete the return form first.
  • Items must be returned, at your own expense, in the same condition as received, in their original packaging. Be sure to pack your return package correctly so your return won't be damaged in transit. If the item is damaged in transit it may affect your refund.
  • Returns that fail to arrive on time (within 14 days) or are lost in the post will not be refunded. 
  • Items that are exempt from return are, custom made items, personalised items.
  • You can return your item in store, if you wish.
  • Complete the return form on this page and send your item to the address shown below.

Faulty Item.

  • If your item is faulty then you should fill in the return form first and we will contact you. You may be asked to send a photo of the faulty item, by text or e-mail.
  • We will either organise collection of the item or ask you to post it back. If we organise collection you must be there at the time the collection is sheduled for. If you are asked to post it back, then we will refund you the cost of standard post.
  • You can return your item in store, if you wish.
  • Complete the return form on this page first and do not sent your return until we have contacted you and let you know how to send it.

Don't forget to enclose the delivery docket with your return.
